RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- For exchanges, we provide a pre-paid shipping label. However, for store credit returns, customers are responsible for shipping the items back to us. We do not provide shipping labels for international orders.
- We offer returns or exchanges for store credit only. Cash refunds are not available.
- We reserve the right to reject a return if the product is not in the condition we sent it. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept items that are covered in animal or human hair, have been washed, smell like smoke, cologne, or have deodorant marks or stains.
- Please double-check your items before submitting your return or exchange request, as the system does not allow changes once the request has been submitted.
- Any packages without any identification (packing slip, order number, RMA number, customer name/email) will be rejected and the items will be restocked.
- If there is a remaining balance on your order, you will be prompted to complete the return by paying the balance before the exchange is released.
- If there is a balance that we owe you, it will be returned in the form of store credit.
